Usually I am not attracted to hype. To me, hype usually equals crap that has been popularised by 15 year old fluro-wearing slutsz. But this principle of mine has left me on numerous occasions fashionably late. What am I talking about? Everytime blogsz are raping their pages with post after post on the same song, i choose to ignore that song.

This time baby I’ll be hypeproof….but we’ll see about that. These songs have a lot of hype surrounding them at the moment and they’re not too bad. Ooh and just before i sign off, the thing i hate MOST about hyped up tunes is that you almost have no objective ability to decide for yourself whether or not you like the song. You just assume you DO because why else would their be so much hype around the song right?! /rant.

♫ Crookers ft Soulwax & Mixhell – We Love Animals <–
This is actually nothing like i ever expected from El Crookelinos. Dark, proggy and very cool.

♫ Friendly Fires – On Board (Joakim Remix) <–
Sometimes hype is well deserved, and this is undoubtedly one of those times. Slick stuff

Ooh I don’t usually post songs i hate, so i’ll just mention it — Steve Aoki’s remix of ‘Pursuit of Happiness’ is so generic and …. ergh I’ll hold back so I don’t get sued for slander, but why do people like it so much!?

♫ Uffie – MCs Can Kiss (Radio Rip)
Ha, this post started off so positive and has ended up here. Uffie, you used to be a cool hot chick that we couldn’t even fuck and no you’re… bland. I hope the rest of her new stuff isn’t so poppy and gay.
